Personal Data Protection Statement
The main concern of PAL is to ensure the confidentiality of Users and Visitors of the Website. The privacy policy clarifies how PAL will use the personal information of visitors and users of the website, in accordance with applicable law.
PAL does not intentionally collect or process personal data from minors under the age of 16, except with the consent of the minor’s legal representative.
Each User - Visitor is requested to read carefully both this and the terms of use before proceeding with the use of the online platform and PAL's services, and to proceed with such use only if they fully accept them. PAL reserves the right to modify, partially or fully, or temporarily or permanently discontinue the provision of its services without any prior notice to its users. The use of the Service is governed by the provisions of Greek and EU law, which are binding on each User - Visitor, who is obliged to comply with them. Data Controller
PAL informs that, for the purposes of conducting its business activities, it acts as the data controller and processes the personal data of its customers in accordance with applicable national legislation (Law 4624/2019) and the European Regulation (2016/679) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "Regulation").

Collection of Personal Information
Anyone who registers as a User of PAL's website consents to PAL storing, processing, and using the personal data entered by the User for the purpose of conducting transactions.

Use of Personal Information
The User - Visitor of the website consents to the processing and use of their personal data by PAL for the following purposes and actions:

PAL will not provide the personal information of the User to any third party without their consent. The User consents to the transfer of their personal data and PAL may disclose such personal information in the following cases:
- To the extent required by law, judicial, prosecutorial, or other competent authority, current or future legal proceedings, for necessary protection against risks related to state and public security, and for the prosecution of criminal acts.

Retention of Personal Data

In any case, PAL will retain documents (including electronic documents) containing personal data to the extent required by law and if these documents relate to any ongoing legal process as per clause 5, and for the purpose of establishing, exercising, or defending PAL's legal rights.

A redirect method is used so that the online store has no direct access to sensitive information, such as the user's credit card number.
